The common shares were issued at a price of $2.00 per common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $17,250,000, which included the exercise of the full amount of the over-allotment of 1,125,000 common shares. UrtheCast Corp.
shares T.UR are trading up $0.04 at $2.38.
