4/24/2015 - 11:47 AM EST - Slyce Inc. : has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Salman Partners Inc. and Beacon Securities Limited, and including PI Financial Corp., pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis pursuant to the filing of a short form prospectus, 11,500,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.46 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds to Slyce of $5,290,000. Slyce Inc.
shares V.SLC are trading down $0.03 at $0.48.
