Hive Buzzes on Resolutions

It may not have the “buzz” companies experience throughout the year, but Vancouver-based Hive Blockchain Technologies (TSX-Venture:HIVE) held their meeting this week, and announced that all were approved overwhelmingly by its shareholders.

All director nominees were duly elected or re-elected to HIVE's board of directors with each garnering more than 90% of votes cast. HIVE's Board of Directors consists of Tobias Ebel, Frank Holmes, Marcus New, Olivier Roussy Newton, and Dave Perrill.

The Company's Stock Option Plan and Restricted Share Unit Plan were re-approved.

"The Board is excited about the future prospects for HIVE going into 2020," said Frank Holmes, Interim Executive Chairman. "We are eager to oversee the continued improvements and upgrading of our facilities now that we have assumed full control of our operations, working in partnership with our service provider Blockbase."

HIVE shares grew half a cent higher, or 5.3%, late Thursday morning to 10 cents, on 580,000 shares.
