A strategic partnership with a major cloud provider is helping this company grow in the dynamic blockchain space.
HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd. (TSX-Venture:HIVE) (OTCPK:HVBT) announced purchase agreements worth over US $66 million after joining the NVIDIA Partner Network Cloud Service Provider program.
This partnership will help HIVE expand into Enterprise Cloud services and allow access to NVIDIA's ecosystem, partners, customers and deep industry expertise. HIVE’s commitment includes plans to purchase NVIDIA GPUs with a total contract value of over $66 million U.S., to be delivered over the remaining months of calendar 2021 with deliveries arriving each month.
HIVE was the first blockchain company to go public in 2017, according to the firm’s Executive Chairman. Shares were up over 4% in Thursday trade.
