Consumer Prie Index (June) CPI rose 1.5% in the 12 months to May, after increasing 1.7% in April. On a seasonally adjusted monthly basis, the CPI increased 0.2% in May, matching the gain in April.

Retail Sales (May) Following a 0.8% decline in March, retail sales rose 0.9% to $44.3 billion in April. Sales were up in seven of 11 sub-sectors, representing 64% of total retail sales.
