Infinity Stone, Turquoise Hill at 52-Week Highs On News
Infinity Stone Ventures Corp. (C.GEMS) hit a new 52-week high of 38 cents Thursday. Infinity Stone has entered into an option agreement to acquire, from an arm's-length party, a 100% interest in and to the Taiga Lithium Project adjacent to Patriot Battery Metals' Corvette Lithium discovery in the James Bay Region of Quebec.
Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. (T.TRQ) hit a new 52-week high of $41.30 Thursday. Turquoise Hill today announced that it has reached an agreement in principle and entered into a term sheet with Rio Tinto International Holdings Ltd. in respect of a transaction whereby Rio Tinto would acquire the approximately 49% of the issued and outstanding shares of Turquoise Hill that Rio Tinto does not currently own for $43 per share in cash.
