Alumifuel Signs Letter of Intent

Alumifuel Power Corporation (OTC:AFPW) turned heads Monday, with news the company had signed a Letter of Intent with a large investor with Bahia Finisterra, S.A. de C.V., holder of a substantial land reserve in various very attractive destinations, facilitating leverage and other acquisitions in places of potential growth.

AFPW (also known as Dinatrum) is looking to increase permitting, installation of public utilities within the 100 lots that will be developed in a specified property.

“This agreement,” to quote Monday’s news release, “provides assurance to our shareholders that the company will build a solid balance sheet as this is considered a direct investment on behalf of Bahia Finisterra.”

Bahia will receive 300 million restricted common stock of Dinatrum-AFPW, in exchange of the 50 lots described within the signed Letter of Intent.

AFPW neared the close of Monday’s session at two-100ths of a cent, double the price at Friday’s close, on volume of 67.3 million shares
