A Vancouver-based company, better known for putting fine threads on people, is making obtaining those goods that much easier.
RYU Apparel Inc (TSX-Venture:RYU) announced Thursday the launch of its new RYU.com website
RYU means Respect Your Universe, and the award-winning Vancouver-based urban athletics and accessories brand adds the new website expands on the RYU philosophy of putting the human at the centre of all experiences.
What the site does is provide a greater visual representation of products, allowing the visitor to clearly identify the features and benefits before being led through an improved and streamlined checkout process.
Also, says Thursday’s news release, "The site allows the browser to use multiple filters in order to locate their perfect product."
Shares of RYU looked spiffy, gaining half a cent, or 7.1%, approaching noon on Thursday, to 7.5 cents, on volume of 304,000.
