Retail Sales (Aug.) Retail sales rose 0.6% to $52.9 billion in July, led by higher sales at motor vehicle and parts dealers and gas stations.
New Housing Price Index (Sept.) Prices for new homes increased for the fourth consecutive month, rising 0.5% nationally in August. This marked the largest monthly increase for new home prices at the national level since May 2017.
