Total revenues for the 52-week period ended January 28, 2012 were $4.619 billion versus $4.939 billion for the 52-week period ended January 29, 2011, a decrease of 6.5%. Net losses for the year were $60.1 million or 58 cents per share versus net earnings of $115.2 million or $1.07 per share for the prior-year. Sears Canada Inc.
